These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://thinklocalsetup.com and the services provided by ThinkLocal Setup ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services We Provide

Professional website design and development
Google Business Profile setup and optimization
WhatsApp inquiry automation
AI chatbot integration
Social media setup
Monthly maintenance and growth support

The exact deliverables for your project will be confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work begins.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
One-time package fees are due as 50% advance and 50% on delivery, or full payment with a 5% discount.
Monthly maintenance is billed in advance every month.
We accept UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, and international card payments.
An invoice will be issued for every payment.

3. Project Timelines

Standard delivery timelines are: Digital Starter 3–5 days, Business Growth 7–10 days, AI Automation 10–15 days. Timelines start from the day you've sent us all required content (logo, photos, business details, etc.). Delays caused by missing content from your side extend the delivery accordingly.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate business information, content, and brand assets in a timely manner.
Provide access credentials when needed (e.g., domain control panel, Google Business account).
Review work and provide feedback within 3 days of delivery; otherwise, the project is considered approved.
Pay invoices on time.

5. Revisions

We provide unlimited reasonable revisions during the build phase to make sure you're happy. Major scope changes (additional pages, complete redesigns, new features not in your package) may be charged separately.

6. Intellectual Property

Once your invoice is fully paid, you own the final website files and content created specifically for you.
We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) remain under their respective licenses.
Our internal code frameworks, scripts, and templates remain our intellectual property.

7. Hosting & Domain

Domain registration and hosting fees are not included in our packages unless explicitly stated. We can recommend reliable providers and help you set them up.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific business results — such as a particular Google ranking, number of leads, or revenue. Results depend on your industry, location, competition, and execution.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 7 days' written notice. Refunds, if any, are handled per our Refund Policy.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

Send spam or unsolicited messages.
Engage in any illegal activity.
Misrepresent your identity or business.
Attempt to breach security, scrape content, or interfere with normal operation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamshedpur, Bihar.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
